Leading the industry in ESG investing for over 20 years.

ESG Investing

Many clients choose to align their investment portfolios with their personal values. ESG stands for Environmental, Social and Governance - and ESG investments are those that seek to broadly improve the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) characteristics of a portfolio.  Every person is unique and so are their values, and we work with clients to customize portfolios in a variety of ways, from excluding specific companies or industries (such as weapons manufacturers for instance), to targeting specific issues (reducing the emissions and fossil fuel reserves in a portfolio for example).

Impact Investments

Impact investments aim to generate a positive social and/or environmental impact, in addition to financial returns. Impact investments allow you to invest with purpose and are typically private investments that could contain a wide range of assets; everything from solar energy (to drive a positive environmental impact) to microfinance (which targets positive social outcomes).

Every Dollar You Allocate Makes An Impact

Whether intentional or not, businesses make an impact on their customers, employees, the community, and the environment. Some companies create value while others extract value. The only question is whether we – as investors – are going to take these non-financial returns into consideration.

Why Impact Investing?

Investing in companies that contribute to the development of a global economy that works for more people is just good practice. Investors’ capital can fuel well-conceived business plans for not only their own benefit, but for that of the businesses’ customers, owners and employees. Socially-Responsible companies may contribute to a cleaner environment, a lower carbon economy, more financial inclusion, greater food security, healthier lives, or a variety of other impactful outcomes.
